I downloaded it from that link quite a while back so I do know that it works. I can't really dl/ul it though (or should I say I'd rather not) as my upload speed is at best .5 mbps. Have either of you tried using a download manager?

Seriously, capping downloads at 250kb especially for files that are a gig+? Didn't we JUST enter 2015? It isn't the 90's anymore so we shouldn't have to deal with 90's download speeds. So yes that was a fail download.
