Not my work, just something cool I got from another forum ages ago, original links long gone dead. The original MvC2 soundtrack was very inadequate, some sort of weird bubblegum jazz... this hack replaces it entirely and gives the game a very different feel:

• Factory Stage = "Megatona Furioso - Potemkin's Theme)", Daisuke Ishiwatari & Koh-ichi Seiyama (Guilty Gear XX)
• Bridge Stage = "Steelgods Of The Last Apocalypse", Rhapsody
• Underground Caves = "Dread Rock", Paul Oakenfold (The Matrix Reloaded soundtrack)
