Someone said, that archive is corrupted...
Do not worry about it, becasue only the last file- cue in the archive
is corrupted, so you must only create a new cue file for it!!:

p.s. Archive have error at the end, and cue file is corrupted,
some of may uploads are the same. You must just create a new
cue file using program called Sega Cue Maker. It's very easy, even
for completly noobs!!
