email gamestop at help@gamestop.com and tell them that you pre order banjo kazooie nuts and bolts and that you didn't get your code. They will send you a code to download the game

yeah, back when I was a youngen ebgames cleaned my pocket and video game collection out pretty damn good. I traded in an n64 and a good 11 games, ram expansion, 4 memcards, and 4 controllers. The deal ened with a DC, 2 controllers, a vmu, and like 2 games. Although i got more enjoyment out of the DC but it was still a horrible trade. (took place after the DC died too)
Anyways *crossing fingers* and hopes he gets the code b4 ms figures it out.
BTW: coolimac how did you find out about this? or did u discover it?

i found out on gamefaqs. and i did it and it worked. it tooked me 7 or 9 hours to get the code.

Ok, thats not good then... I hope news of this doesnt spread fast. As soon as MS finds out they'll wise up. Just like when you could get a years worth of 48 hour live subscriptions from that juice site.

Downloading games doesn't lose anyone any money directly. Presumably EB pay so much to the publishers for each game they sell. When you do this they have to pay the publishers but don't make any money from it.

I hate the god damn NXE. All my good games crash within 5-10 minutes where as my old boring games run good. its not my console because i exchanged it for a new one and its doing the same thing.

Scamming them is no different to downloading a game you dont own.
Look at it this way lets say little Jimmy is selling his old NES collection the games he has for sale are not worth much but whatever he earns is going towards a new copy of Halo 6, The guy who wants to buy those games decides to just emulate them and downloads the roms now little Jimmy has no buyer he cant support the developers he once loved and has now resorted to crack.

Now I just download the latest iso's so I screw the corporations before it gets to the little Jimmy stage :)

yeah. If you pre-ordered bk nuts and bolts you got a download code for the original BK and you get the chance to download it before the rest of the public, and when its released to the rest of the public it will be 1200ms points.

Microsoft decided to bill 12 months of service on my expired debit card and now they wont let me make any changes. they told me that they will cancel my account soon. games and stuff is on the console.

It has better audio quality, wide screen, HD, the frame rate is alot better (60fps all the time), and almost everything 'nintendo' removed.

its pretty much the exact same thing but there are differences since it's on 360. They've apparently even fixed it at the end so you can actually reach and unlock this one secret area. You needed a key to get in there in the 64 version but Rare never bothered with it or something. Very mysterious if you ask me ... so anyways that's probably the BIGGEST difference. The lil differences have to do with the whole 360 environment (Bottles telling you to press X instead of B and etc) and then when Bottles informs you that you've unlocked a Gamer Picture lol ...
