Ready 2 Rumble Boxing
"LET's GET READY TO RUMBLE!" Team RDC has another great release for you today called Ready 2 Rumble. This fast paced boxing game features over 12 boxers that are unique and have their own style. Fast talking boxer with huge afro... check! Cartwheel flipping, sassy female boxer... check! The core gameplay is satisfyingly great as you try to use strategy to knockout your opponent in the ring. The more power hits you land on your opponent the faster you "Rumble" meter fills up. Once you activate Rumble using the L+R triggers, the character you control becomes a juiced up fighter 2x as fast and somewhat stronger. This adds a surprisingly deep layer to the game's core. Ready 2 Rumble Boxing features a standard arcade mode in which you consecutively fight opponent until you become the champion. Also there is of course a 2 player mode if your down for giving your buddy a bruise on the face! What makes the game truly shine is the Championship mode, in which you choose a character to train to make them stronger and to fight others to make a reputation for yourself.
If you make it all the way to the end you will have the ultimate showdown of a championship prize fight for a winner takes all to become number one! Ready 2 Rumble is a classic that has still packs a punch for the Dreamcast. Everyone enjoy.
