Silver

Here's a game that never had a selfbooting scene release from the original Dreamcast groups. DCRes did make a selfboot version but the video was downsampled, presumably because it is an audio/data selfboot. This is a data/data selfboot with nothing downsampled. Some optimization was applied to get music and other important files to the outside of the disc. There is a detail that DCRes noted in their NFO that's important; the video is encoded at a PAL standard of 25FPS.
This is a problem for those of us with NTSC-U TVs because it results in a jerky video playback. It's present on the original GD-ROM as well because that's how the developers did the video. Unfortunately, this is not something that's easily fixed. To fix it, frames would have to be removed and audio would have to be slowed down since PAL video requires a 3% speedup on audio. That's too much effort for the amount of video present in the game, there's really not a lot. So, enjoy this perfect release of Silver done only the way RDC can.
