Banned from XBL 1 year ago how can I?

I have been banned from XBL for about 1 1/2 year or so now. I would like to burn backups but I do not know how to check to see what firmware was flashed on my 360. I have a Liteon as my DVD drive.

I would like to know I can burn backups or patch the ones needed to play on my 360.

Your going to have to dump the firmware off the drive and load it up into jungleflasher to see what version it is.  Then you can go about getting litetouch 1.1 final on there son.

Fuck XBL that's all i'm not big about online gaming anymore plus I went more towards play stations honestly
