Converter Program from Excel to Access?

Is there a program that can export or convert information from Excel to Access format? I'm doing something in my computer class and basically it wants me to re-type word for word what's already on Excel. I'm not stupid, but I don't want to do it lol

theres a way to import a windows file to another, im sure of it, i learned it in IT class but i cant really remember...
