I used to be a member on here a few years ago, but sold my Dreamcast and so stopped posting.....anyway I bought another DC (mainly for Shenmue) so I'm back! ;D
Its been a while since I've burnt any games and I'm really struggling to get anything to work, so far I have about 20+ costers....arghhh The main reason I'm struggling is because I have a Mac and I just can't seem to get anything to burn correctly not even the boot disk.
I've got Rez in .mds .mdf
Soul Calibur in CDI but have converter that in CDIRIP
& Ikarugi again in CDI and converted
I could also do with a boot disk ???
Any help would be greatly appreciated!! 8)

Well I can't help with your mac problems, but there should be a boot disk stickied in the download forum. :)

Thanks got the boot disk. :D
I've found various tutorials for converting CDI images into the correct format but can't get em to burn. Most tutorials seem to be out of date and running old software.
Found these so far...
http://dchelp.net/index.php?id=macuser (http://dchelp.net/index.php?id=macuser)
http://cdirip.cjb.net/ (http://cdirip.cjb.net/)
All the links to software are dead on this site ........grrrrr
http://www.dcemulation.com/mactools.htm (http://www.dcemulation.com/mactools.htm)
I have access to a PC so will be using that to burn as an interim but it would be nice to compile a burning guide for Mac users. ;)
Any help appreciated 8)

To be honest I've not had much luck, I managed to get games that are in BIN/CUE format to burn in Toast but pretty much everything else turns out to be a coaster. :( I'm sure its possible but I took the easy route.........
........I gave up resorted to borrowing a mates PC for a couple of hours. ;D
Just another reason to upgrade too an intel Mac. :P

Zilpha, any news? I also have some bin/cue files but i'm not sure how to burn them. ???
I am a Mac user and i've successfully burned about ten games (with Toast) 6 years ago. Now I just can't remember what kind of files those were, CDI or Bin/Cue... If u remember how to burn bin/cue-files, please tell.

I forget who it was, but someone introduced me to LiquidCD, it's a burning application for OS X that supports CDI format! Finally. It doesn't support 80 minute CDs yet for CDI, but will with the next release.
