Dreamcast doubt some games pal

hello was wondering if dreamcast games (PAL) that has no option 60hz.
if any patches etc. to play in 60hz pal
saw a program called (DC) PAL patcher v2.0a  try the patch in 2 games  spider man  & House of the Dead 2 but then but does not work on the dreamcast if anyone could ever help me thanks .

Why just not to play ntsc-u backups, i do so to play on my pal dc. backups usually dont have region protection.
